…. she DID move more than that though right? Hee hee.

It was our recital weekend too. I think the little ones that lose a shoe, cry, spin in random circles and yell out “Hey Mommy!!!” are what make the crowds smile the most.

    Hi Jody,

For some reason I couldn’t locate your email address on your blog (I’m sure it’s here but I couldn’t see it) so I’ll answer you here.

    In regards to the Margaritaville:
Love, love, love it! LOVE IT!
Essentially, it is a two part machine.
The top part is an ice shaver. This is really nice because blenders just don’t do as good of a job as ice shavers. Plus, you can make snow cones for your kids. Big hit.
The bottom part is a blender. So, in addition to those (virgin or non) frosty frozen drinks, you can also blend up smoothies or whatever your little heart desires.
I have the original one, that you can set to 1,2 or 3 servings. They come larger than that now. You can set it to shave and blend or to do just one or the other.
Cleaning wise, it’s pretty easy. The bottom part is essentially the same as cleaning a blender. I’m not sure if it is dishwasher safe or not but I’m sure the website would say. I handwash the blender and put the lid in the dishwasher. That’s it!

Let me know if you get one!
