Jamie and I haven’t slept together since #2 was born. Obviously, not a problem.

That said, now that I’m out of the nursing all night and responding all night (I night-weaned Ellen a few months ago) I’m ready for him to join the bed again.

When we had a stick house, we had a King and a Queen smooshed together; literally wall to wall bed.

Hang in there; Christmas is just around the corner.

I am going to have to agree 100% with you that Bill is ready for it to be just 2 in bed again. He has been really patient about it, and has never asked for Mia to go to her crib because he knows how much I love being with her.

We tried putting her side car, and it was short lived. She could hear every move we made, every cough, every roll, and woke up crying….all night.

I am thinking the bed might make for a great surprise Christmas gift from his parents. They have been asking us if they could get us one, after they babysat with the kids overnight and slept in our little bed!

I hate to say it, but it sounds as if Bill really just wants you two alone in the bed and the size of the bed isn’t going to matter.

Can you attach Mia’s crib to the side of your bed? That might be the best of both worlds.

if i were u i just order it and hey after u buy it and he see how it works he will be to happy to be mad u know
