First off, if you don’t read Dooce, todays post is worth catching.
Okay, so Wednesday 3:
1. How many times have you yelled by 10 am? 2
2. How many Brown Recluse spiders have you killed in your bathtub, the very one your kids bathe in, this week? 2
3. How many times have you vacuumed the food, paper cuttings, leaves, and glitter off the kitchen floor today by 10am? 2
Get over the hump today and do something fun! Go on an adventure with your kids or do a fun project with them. Or do like I am right now….GET OFF THE COMPUTER and get outside!!!
Off to play………now go, git.
Better yet, I bundled the little imps into snow suits, sent them out to play in the aproximately 1/16″ snow and watched lovingly from the window while sipping my coffee, in blissful silence. For about 10 minutes anyway.
Outside, ummmm, NO. It is 19 degrees here and the wind is blowing like mad.
Plus I have a nice warm fuzzy baby kitten all curled up asleep in my lap.
