		<description>Vasilisa, those are great questions...yes it is safe and edible.   My 2 yo doesn&#039;t even try to eat it though, so I wouldn&#039;t worry too much about it. I am not sure why so much salt, but the end result is fabulous.  It has the consistency of very soft bread dough.</description>
