Today Cody had his first baseball game of the season. I brought my camera along to try and get some good action photos of him on the field.
I present to you Cody, doing……well? All I can tell you is he was not watching and about to catch a pop fly. That would require the use of his arms and the glove attached to them. Please note said arms:
It looked more like interpretive dance…….or some kind of zombie yoga.
It appears that baseball is not his thing. What you see in the pictures is just a 30 second snap in time of the hoooooour he was playing. I think we will let him stick with running and collecting frogs.

At least he wasn’t picking dandelions, kicking the dirt or (my favorite thing the kids have done) wearing his mitt like a hat!
lol
My 6 y/o loves baseball, my 3 y/o pefers soccer. More running for his active self.
those are great shots, they had me laughing.
This is what my daughter does at karate. It’s so frustrating when you want them to do something and they’re just not as into it as you are.
Very funny pics!
Too cute! Our 7yr old gr son has done much the same “dance”
on the field. The 13 yr old started out like this too, and went on to play All Stars, so go figure!
Jana, that is hilarious! Did you get it on film?
Reminds me of the first time my oldest played soccer. He used to lay down on the field when he got bored!
