Missing them is inevitable. I have found that I can go about four days before withdrawal sets in. Try and enjoy the quiet time you have left, before all the loud love comes back.
Not having them is throwing off your routine. No nighttime hugs and kisses. No breaking up disagreements, no reminding them to pick up after themselves. Even we as adults crave and need routine. I know this as I’ve been without a computer until late at night all week. I have been thrown off and totally grumpy. I can’t imagine how I’d end up without my kids for a week. If I am put off without a compueter I’d probably be a wreck without the kids. (After the first 24 hours of resting that is…a break can be wonderful too…LOL)

It doesn’t take long does it?
Enjoy your time alone. It won’t happen too often. They will be home before you know it.
