The morning of the 2nd day
King Mackerel were running in the shipping channel. We loaded up the truck and took off for the jetty.
Bill and Cory threw in their lines,
and not much later Bill hooked this beautiful fish
Within minutes, Cory was fighting one as well.
He brought it in all by himself, with proud Bill looking on.
It was even larger than Dad’s (by 1/4 inch, but who is counting?)
Always snapping pics, I tortured made the kids line up for another attempt at a group photo….not too bad. It only took about 10 photos to get a descent one! At least everyone is almost smiling!
