Come on up, Kathy! The beaches are not nearly as pretty as what you have seen, but the ambiance is the same!! Plus, you will have some friends to toast the sunset with! We make some killer margaritas! Rally, rally, rally!! ;*)

Those shrimp were so fresh, they were swimming in a bucket before I called their number!

I must admit, I’m not a huge fan of the beach. But I chalk that up to multiple bad experiences with multiple jelly fish. You’re run down of a typical day, makes me want to head to the beach, NOW!

Oh yes!!! Caseys! Excellent food. If you like spicy seafood, try Bennos down east. It is fun and very tasty. we have not been there lately, but it used to be the place to go for blue crab ans softshell crab.

If you want EXCELLENT Italian food, head to Marios on 61st St. Superb!

Which campsite did you stay in? Did you like it? We are trying to decide where to stay in Galv. when we bring the 5′er. In the future we are going to alternate Galveston and Port A.

Hello Thanks for sharing more on your trip. I commented on the last post that I go to Galveston all the time. Did you get to eat at Caseys Cafe this time?? It is my most fav place to eat seafood. We were there for a week and ate there everyday at lunch so we could have the leftovers for suppers!!! We took a motor home and stayed in the camp site a little ways down During the day we parked free on the seawall. It is so awesome.
