I L&D nurse, oh how I need some advice about my daughter’s upcoming experience. 15 and pregnant. I can’t imagine how labor is going to go. Well, actually, I can imagine. She has a very low tolerance for pain–and actually cried during an internal ultrasound.

I am really worried when I hear her say things like “Can’t I just schedule a C-section and get it over with when its time”. Um no, we don’t just do that to avoid the pain of labor–well maybe some people do–but not my daughter.

It’s not as if I want her to suffer, but I don’t want it to be easy on her either. If you could email me with any advice about teen labor that would be wonderful. I am sure like anything, you have seen some new moms handle it just fine and some that don’t.

Ok enough rambling…

My goodness you have been busy. The new look is coming along nicely. The boy’s room has to be the cleanest boy’s room I have ever seen. Can you send a little of that cleanliness over the my 16 year old boy? He could certainly use it.

you have had such a full plate lately; I had no idea! I’m so sorry for you and Bill’s loss. What an awful shocker. Good luck with FIL’s surgery and i sure hope things slow down a bit. I’m dying to see the house pictures!

I hope all goes well with his dad’s surgery.
Yay! about being full-time L&D! One of my friends works L&D and *loves* her job.

so sad for Bill’s family – that’s heartbreaking.

Glad everything else is going well. Hope you can use the trailer again soon! LOL at Mia – here we have jags where she wears the same dress for days on end (except for the changes into dress up clothes), I have to sneak it off her to wash it
