Turkey, Texas style

In Texas, we boil our Turkeys in oil.

Doesn’t everyone?

It is a fascinating process….especially when the turkey has a bit of ice on it.  Oil heated to 350 degrees reacts stronly to water.  ‘Nuff said.

Passing the bird carving honor down to the next generation. 

 

Even cousins come Texas sized.

And yes, they are all surfers.  Can’tcha tell?
