… I’m seriously sitting here with tears in my eyes. I’m stuck by means of ‘job relocation’ in a state I hate where the temperature reads under 0 degrees for a good month of the year…
and I’m ready to cry.

I am so coming to live with you! It is 0F here today! FREAKING ZERO! And that is without the windchill. I seriously need to move south.
I just checked my weatherbug and it says 55º! Sun is shining brightly! (It gets pretty cold at night though!)
