I always felt that way about crates as well. But after knowing a number of people and talking to some dog trainers and breeders who use crates on a regular basis, they all agree that dogs view them differently. They look at a crate as their den, their safe spot. And many will go in their crates with the door open just as a place to relax.
Can she at least come out for some lovin? Poor puppy.

I know it’s for the best – but of course she doesn’t know why she has to be crated. Poor little thing. Darn leg !!!

Well…at least the pin is out. But, four weeks is a long time to be caged up!
