I have to say that the muscular arms are an optical illusion. It must be the way I was holding the camera, no doubt about that…all the fat flopped down to hang on the part that is not showing. I am a pasty white, ball of flab right now.

It was 75Â° here in Arkansas yesterday, and I know exactly what you mean about it effecting mood…I was almost annoyingly perky all day.

And MamaGeph is right, I’m so jealous of your arms! But, I suppose if I actually whipped my iPod out for a run once and awhile, I might not need to be jealous.
