and baby makes 6!

It's just another day in paradise

A photo shoot that felt alot like trying to put a sweater on an octopus

I tortured myself today and took the kids on a wildflower photo shoot.

After todays session, I know that I will go to heaven, because I have already served my time in hell.

Eh, it wasn’t that bad, but it was frustrating. I did get a handfull of nice shots, but not with all 4 together.

It really rang home the fact that an SLR camera would make my photography life with kids much less stressful. I love my C-8080, but, as fast as it is, it is just not quick enough on the draw when standing off with these kids.

I love this picture. It really captures the special bond that they have together….collectively driving me looney.

    hugs!

  2. Beautiful…wonderful kids…wonderful view…

    Love them all!

  3. #3 and #5 are fabulous, as is the last one!!

  4. gorgeous shots! I think wildflower shots are required by law in Texas, so it’s good you did them.

    No bluebonnets? :(

    Gorgeous kids, beautiful flowers–great combo!
I think sometimes the ‘imperfect’ shots are even better– sometimes they show the kids’ personalities best. :)

  6. absolutly BEA-UUUU-TIFUL!
I miss Texas for that very thing.
    gorgeous.

  7. That’s not how I imagined Texas at all – I thought it was all hot dry dirt and cowboys. (I am ignorant, I know, but I come from Australia :) )

I LOVE seeing people who’ve had three or more boys and then a girl – I have four boys (two of whom are identical twins – so I can count them as one in the pregnancy count) and would love a daughter. But people continually tell me that it’s almost impossible after so many boyzz.

  8. That last shot is my FAVORITE. Your family is just stunning.
