He eventually told them to F-off and went with the regular conglomerate here instead. We feel your pain. Hmmmm. Oh - we got a boat this weekend! (I'm snickering when I make this announcement... but it's true). A little 1973 Starcraft motor boat that my 79 year old FIL gave to us because he doesn't use it for fishing anymore. But guess what? CLEAR TITLE! :) Would you like to borrow it? LOL. Wow. You've been so excited and I hate to see you walk away from the deal, but there are times when things go such that you think they aren't meant to be. With 20/20 hindsight, you often see that they weren't. Unfortunately, you don't have that luxury at this point. At times like this, my mother used to "sing" me Que Sera Sera" (Whatever Will Be, Will Be).
