Beautifully written post. I have experienced what you are going through… and continue to… and I agree with you 100%. Trust in God and do what is best for your family. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says…it’s your family and only you and Bill knows what is the very best for them. I’m absolutely thrilled for you that you even have that option. GO GIRL! *hugs*

I come here all the time,and read. I do not comment all the time because well, you dont know me from Adam, and I dont want to bother youlol.
I cannot tell you how badly I have always wanted to do exactly what you are doing right now! I love Galvaston so much and go often, the past 3 times I have been it has been parked in an RV right on the ocean. It only made my love for the sea that much more intense.
After my husband left me and my children several years back and my future was blown to bits, I longed for the ocean even more. I fully wish to retire near it one day. Everytime I am in Galvaston to visit I dream of living right across the Blvd there by the sea wall and eating all my meals at Caseys! You know what it is a dream that is not unreasonalable.
I think you showed follow this dream of yours. Who in the heck is it hurting? You are with the love of your life and 4 beautiful well adjusted kids. I have read your intire blog and I know how deeply you love your family and I am not even a friend. If your friends truely love you they will support you even if it is a shock at first.
Life is too short to not do what your heart tells you to do. Also if it is not God’s will, he will let you know. Life is a dream, live it to the fullest. I envy you and wish my life could be different and spontaneous. After all you are with your family for pete’s sake, Go for it!!
Take a deep breath of that salt air for me please??

You have your head on straight and your heart in the right place. Whatever you decide, I have no doubt, will be the best thing for you and your kids.

Heck, if I could I would pull an RV in right next to you and live there contentedly for the rest of my life!
