I love this story!! I remember being scared to death for you when all this was going on. Didn’t you hide out at Mike Johnson’s house? You know, I would think you were nuts if you DIDN’T try to sit out a hurricane. That wouldn’t be my buddy!!

It worries me only because I’m not used to hurricane’s. I’ve not lived in that part of the country… yet.

PS: I’ve tried not to blog about this because I have some bitter feelings… but my ‘family’ went on a ‘family’ vacation to your neck of the woods on the 13th. (We weren’t invited since I pretty much disowned them 4 years ago) and I’ve tried not to grin or smile that a hurricane was visiting at the same time they were. I secretly hope every single day of their beautiful vacation at the “big house” (on the beach) was ruined by rain.

Crazyness! Just stay safe if Dean starts heading this way…

I’m a bit nervous about being on the hurricane ride out team at my hospital. Not for me, but if I had any pregnancy complications. (Speciality hospital…no OBs present)
I’m hoping this one will miss the Texas coast altogether and save me the tough decision of whether to stay or go.
