Wow–You go girl.
Read the book (Maiden Voyage.) Great reccomendation. Really a good read.
All I kept thinking about was how close my own daughter is to that age…and I sure as heck wouldn’t be puttin’ her on a boat for 2 1/2 years.

Hey Shell!

Yes, I am still on it. today is my last day, and I am SO sick of brown rice. I cheated and had a cup of coffee yesterday and the day before. It made me feel TERRIBLE. I was all shaking and got a headache, and I suspect that is why I couldn’t sleep last night.

I am planning to continue the diet, but much modified. I lost 6 lbs!
