It comes and goes, and I don't seem to have any of the depression, just anxiety and feelings of being a bit overwhelmed in the evenings. It doesn't help that I am not sleeping well because Mia has had one cold after another since before Christmas and she is up and down all night. It will get better. I am taking my vitamins again, and started running this weekend. I just want to be myself again, and quite snapping at Bill and the kids. Thanks so much.
