I fared well, nonetheless. And I know what you mean about making an Xmas memory in a new home - this was our first in our new home, too. Finally, we had somewhere to put the tree and it was so nice! Also, I don't want to brag, but we actually got snow on Christmas Day here - hasn't happened in as long as any Vancouverite can remember, but it was the icing on the cake!
