P.S. That photo of Bill, One of my favorites- the look in his eye (intense, yet relaxed), the tiny bit of water that seems in focus because of his glasses, the tilt of the hat, the slight fray to the shirt (obviously, a soft favorite), the way he is holding his beer, the scruff, the wrinkles and crinkles in his face and the way the cross lies on the side of the ridge of his shirt... I keep staring at it...him. It's beautiful. Brave- is what comes to mind- Very brave!

What about the 2 kiddo's who are in school with the strict rules of well... missing school? Are you going to homeschool them and will the school excuse them and not send truancy after you? I only ask because I had friends who were adventuresome as well and the school would not excuse them for liesurely activity, so I am curious as to how Galveston schools do with this? I know here it is not so much about the cirriculum persay its about the states missing out on the money aspect of the kids not being there, so I was just curious. What a blast sailing away would be.
